Terms and Conditions of Registration:
REGISTRATION PACKAGE IS INCLUSIVE OF:
- Workshop & Combine fees includes lunch on 1st Sep 2023.
- Entry to Scientific Hall and Exhibition Area.
- Lunches on both days of conference.
- Dinner On 1st day of Conference.
- The above Registration cost includes GST Charges as per Government Rules.
REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS:
- Registration for Conference is mandatory for all those attending the conference.
- Children over 12 years will be treated as Accompanying Person.
- PG Student should submit a certificate regarding status of the student from the HOD of the respective college/institute.
CANCELLATION POLICY
- Up to 15th December, 2023 – 75 %
- Up to 31st December, 2023- 50 %
- Up to 7th January, 2024- 25 %
- After 7th January, 2024 Onwards – No Refund.
- All refund will be made by cheque after the conference.
